In this episode, I spoke with Saina Taidi, cosmetic scientist with a wealth of experience in the industry. She’s been a faculty member at Seneca College for their cosmetic sciences graduate program, served as the chair for the Society of Cosmetic Chemists in Ontario, and currently is the director of Innovation and Product development at Botaneco. In this episode, we talked about what the society of cosmetic chemists is, how the scc can help new brand owners, scientists, and other people working in the industry, regulations in the cosmetic industry and things new brand owners should know, tips for consumers purchasing cosmetic products and more.
