The Eco Well podcast

Feb 20, 2018

In this episode, I interviewed Dr. Katerina Steventon, a skincare expert based out of the UK. Currently, she owns her own skincare clinic, has a line of products, does a lot of work with facial massage and exercise, does a lot of science writing outside of her clinic and also does quite a bit of traveling to speak at various conferences throughout Europe. Since we have so much to cover, I decided to break this podcast up into a 3 part series. In this episode, we covered skin biology, including the structure of your skin as it relates to cosmetics, skin conditions like acne, the aging process of your skin, and lots more. In subsequent episodes, we’ll explore cosmetic ingredients and products more as well as facial massage and exercises. To learn more about Katerina, visit her website at www.katerinasteventon.com. Enjoy!
