In this episode, I sat down with Elizabeth Miller, current masters student at the University of Guelph Human Health and Nutritional Sciences program focused on cosmecuticals and nutricosmetics. We spoke about her experience at the UofG, and some of the research she's had the opportunity to look at, and what nutricosmetics and cosmecuticals are. Finally, we spent a lot of time talking about scientific evidence, the scientific method and what good evidence looks like. I apologize in advance for being annoyingly pedantic :p. Enjoy!
